These Terms govern your use of credittokeyssolutions.com and your relationship with Credit to Keys Solutions. Please read them. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to them.
Credit to Keys Solutions is a credit repair organization operating from 644 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02907. You can reach us at [email protected] or (401) 999-0691.
We review consumer credit reports, identify information that appears inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unverifiable, and dispute that information with the credit bureaus and, where appropriate, with the companies reporting it.
The first step is a free credit review: we pull your reports from all three bureaus, go through them with you, and give you an honest answer about whether we can help. There is no charge for that and no obligation to continue.
Fees are quoted individually, based on what is actually on your credit reports, and are set out in a written agreement before any work begins. The free credit review is free.
We do not take payment before the work is done. Federal law prohibits a credit repair organization from charging for a service before that service has been performed, and we do not ask for deposits, retainers, or setup fees. Each round of disputes is billed only after it has gone out.
If you sign an agreement with us, you may cancel it without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you sign. You will receive written notice of that right, in duplicate, at the time of signing.
After that period you may still end the agreement at any time in writing. You will owe any fee for work already completed and nothing for work in progress.
This work depends on you. You agree to give us accurate information and the identification the credit bureaus require, to forward credit-related correspondence to us promptly, to tell us before you apply for new credit or settle an account, and to respond to our requests in time for dispute deadlines to be met.
Everything on this site, including the Credit to Keys Playbook, is general information. It is not legal or financial advice and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed by both of us.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be either. Content, pricing, and services may change without notice.
