Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Credit to Keys Solutions collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. We handle credit reports for a living, so we take this seriously.

Who we are

Credit to Keys Solutions, 644 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02907. Email [email protected], phone (401) 999-0691.

What we collect

What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about what you are trying to do.

What you give us if you become a client. To do the work we need more: your date of birth, current and previous addresses, your Social Security number, a copy of your photo identification and proof of address, and the contents of your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

What the website collects on its own. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location from your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. This is used to understand how the site is performing.

Why we collect it

  • To answer your inquiry and arrange your free credit review.
  • To obtain your credit reports and review them with you.
  • To prepare and send disputes on your behalf and track the responses.
  • To send you the Credit to Keys Playbook if you asked for it.
  • To keep the records the law requires us to keep.
  • To send you occasional updates about our services, if you have agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

  • The credit bureaus and the companies reporting information about you, because that is how a dispute is made.
  • Companies that run our systems — the platform that hosts this website and our client records, our email provider, and our credit repair software. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
  • Anyone we are legally required to share with, such as in response to a court order or a lawful request from a regulator.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead generators, data brokers, lenders, or advertisers.

Email and text messages

If you give us your phone number through a form on this site, you agree that we may contact you by phone or text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by asking us. We will still contact you about active work on your file, because that is part of the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to be contacted are not shared with anyone else, and text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third party.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How we protect your information

Your file is held in password-protected systems, and access is limited to people who need it to do this work. Documents containing your Social Security number or identification are not sent over ordinary email where we can avoid it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens to your information.

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as we are working together and for a period afterward as required by law — federal credit repair rules require us to retain certain signed documents for two years. Inquiries that do not become clients are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Your choices

  • Ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw your agreement to marketing emails or texts at any time.
  • Revoke, in writing, the authorization that lets us deal with the bureaus on your behalf.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your state's privacy laws. Ask us and we will honor them.

Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Where a change materially affects an active client, we will tell that client directly.
